Vet Lit:

One of the most rewarding aspects of facilitating expressive writing workshops with vets is watching them fall in love with writing, and then witnessing them recognize what it means to others when they’ve bravely shared their writing. There are lots of places vets can submit poetry and prose (I’ll post list of resources soon). Please see links here to samples of vets’ writing (permission granted to share). If any vets are interested in having their writing edited, please contact me via the website (no cost).

Good Trouble For Kids

An Arts Initiative Promoting Racially Conscious Reading

This 2020-21 project was a collaboration of Story Remedy and Subvert. Our write-ups on many of the books we included in our subscription service are available to read on Substack and Medium. If you are interested in purchasing any of these books, they are available via Bookshop. Here is one of our collaborative projects on art and poetry based on a children’s book.
